Privacy Notice

BS Ghisolfi s.n.c protects the privacy of visitors to its website www.bsghisolfi.it (hereinafter, referred to as the "Site") taking all the appropriate measures for the protection of personal data under the provisions of law. This information (hereinafter, referred to as the "Notice") describes how we handle the information provided by the Site visitors and the ways of processing of personal data.
Any personal data collected through the Site will be processed in accordance with EU legislation (Directive 95/46/EC) and Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data").
The Notice is intended for all those who interact with the web pages of the Site, whether they use the Site without logging in, or, at the end of the appropriate procedure, log in to the Site and use the on-line services guaranteed by the same.
The Notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003 and in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data online.
The processing of data takes place in the respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data. Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we hereby provide the following information:

Data controller
The data controller is BS Ghisolfi s.n.c with registered office in Strada sottoripe, 1, 12066 Monticello d'Alba (CN) (hereinafter referred to as "Bsghisolfi").
All requests and inquiries related to the processing of personal data of the users can be sent to the above mentioned owner, at the following addresses:

Collection of information
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses listed on the Site and/or filling in of forms on the Site involve the acquisition, by Bsghisolfi, of the email address of the sender - necessary to meet the demands of the latter (including the sending of information concerning their products/services) - as well as any other relevant personal data.
The provision of personal data is optional. Any partial or total failure to provide data from the visitor of the Site will result in the partial or total inability to achieve the purposes described in this notice and, therefore, the inability to act on any requests submitted through the Site.
Other information gathered by Bsghisolfi can be provided automatically when you access the Site.
This entails information which is not collected for association with identified persons, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
It is also possible to visit the site anonymously. In this case, Bsghisolfi will not be able to recognize the user, so some of the benefits arising from the use of the Site may not be available.
The personal information provided, collected and made available to Bsghisolfi will be processed using electronic and non-electronic instruments.

Retention of information
Personal data will be preserved only for the time necessary to ensure the proper provision of services offered by Bsghisolfi.
In case of cancellation, exclusion or disabling due to a lack of use of your account on the Site, the data will be stored for administrative purposes for the period provided by the law, without prejudice to any specific legal obligations on the preservation of documentation or for public safety purposes. In such cases, automatic deletion of data will be guaranteed.
After this period, the data will be processed anonymously, so as not to allow, even indirectly, the identification of the persons concerned.

Purpose of data processing
The processing of personal data (including their registration in the Bsghisolfi database) is directed exclusively to the following purposes:
a) ensuring the registration to the site and the correct delivery of content and services offered by Bsghisolfi through the Site, as well as giving proper and timely fulfilment of all obligations under the law or regulations in force;
b) communicating with the user of the Site and responding to any requests from the same;
c) carrying out market surveys and statistical collection of data;
d) evaluating the use of the Site and its contents;
e) improving the products and services offered by Bsghisolfi;
f) making communications relating to press conferences and/or sending press material (only for journalists);
g) carrying out treatments in connection with the activities of Bsghisolfi.
Personal data and information acquired through the Site will be processed by Bsghisolfi for purposes connected with any subsequently recruited contractual obligations.
Please note, also, that consent to the processing of data for one or more of the purposes indicated above may be withdrawn at any time by modifying the consent data at the time of each new access of your account on the Site.

Communication - Dissemination
Any personal data collected through the Site may be transferred to other countries, even outside the European Union, to parents companies, associates, as well as to outside companies for services also only for technical-computing reasons.  In these cases, the transfer of data and sensitive information will be in accordance with the conditions of legitimacy as in art. 44 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003 or, in their absence, in the case of provision of consent of the individual concerned.
Personal information may also be disclosed to:
a) entities (including Public Authorities) who have access to personal information under legislative or administrative measures;
b) companies, consultants or professionals that may be in charge of the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, the management of Bsghisolfi hardwares and softwares or which Bsghisolfi uses for the provision of its services;
c) third parties or Internet service provider responsible for sending the documentation and/or information material;
d) public and/or private subjects, natural persons and/or legal entities (Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Labour Offices, etc.), when the communication is necessary or functional to the proper fulfilment of obligations under the law.

Other Web sites
The site may contain hyperlinks to other web sites that may offer useful information to visitors. This privacy policy does not apply to these sites and, as a result, the information concerning their privacy procedures must be looked up on the sites in question. Bsghisolfi is responsible solely for the information collected through its own Site.

Cookies
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software used to operate this Site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Automatic collection technologies include, for example, cookies.
Cookies are information that are automatically stored on the computer's hard drive through the user's access to certain web sites, and unambiguously identify your browser. Bsghisolfi does not use cookies to examine other websites which can be visited before or after leaving the Site.

By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of information by Bsghisolfi according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Notice. If in the future Bsghisolfi decided to alter this Notice– which it has the right to do at any time and without notice, we will post those changes on this page. By continuing to use the Site after publication – by Bsghisolfi – of changes to the Notice, the user agrees to accept those changes. We recommend that you periodically check this page to learn about any changes to this Notice.

Rights of the parties concerned
We recall that, in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the interested party has the right to:
a) obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data, and the communication in intelligible form;
b) obtain from the data Controller or the processing Manager:
-indications of the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, on the logic applied in case of treatment performed with the aid of electronic instruments;
-indication of the identity of the data Controller and processing Managers and the Representative appointed if necessary by a foreign entity to process data in Italy;
- indications about the parties or types of parties to whom personal data may be communicated, or who may learn about them as appointed Representatives in the territory of  the State, as Managers, or as Employees.
c) obtain:
-the updating, the rectification or the integration of data concerning him/her;
-the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data treated in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be kept for the purpose it was collected for or subsequently treated;
-the attestation that the operations referred to in the foregoing points have been brought to the knowledge, also pertaining to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
d) object, in whole or in part:
-for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even if pertinent for collection purposes;
-to the treatment of their personal data for the purpose of sending advertising and direct marketing materials, or for carrying out market research or trade communications.

Pursuant to art. 10 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, when, as a result of the request referred to in article 7, paragraphs 1 and 2 a), b) and c), the existence of data concerning the data subject is not confirmed, Bsghisolfi has the right to ask the applicant a cost contribution not exceeding the costs actually incurred for the research carried out within the specific area of interest.
